Jessica Johnson

Jessica Johnson began her dance training at the age of two at Encore Dance Center in Vernon Hills under the main direction of Rachel Lloyd. There she studied ballet, jazz, tap, pointe, poms, hip-hop, and lyrical styles. During high school Jessica was a member of the Varsity Dance Team for all four years and won four State Titles during her time. After graduating high school, Jessica received her Bachelor’s degree in psychology and dance from the University of Iowa in 2018. During that time, she worked as a dance instructor for the Universal Dance Association (UDA) where she taught all genres of dance and technique to hundreds of dance teams throughout the Midwest. Jessica recently starred in a music video which was filmed at Ariana Grande’s Creative Directors studio in Los Angeles. For this video, Jessica had the opportunity to choreograph and showcase her professional dance skills by performing an advanced contemporary dance for music producer “Penance.”
