Studio Rentals
We invite freelance instructors to utilize our outstanding facilities for both private lessons and group classes.
All dance styles are welcome, from hip hop to Bollywood, tango to west coast swing and everything in between. (Unfortunately, because of the neighbors below, the only requests we cannot accommodate are percussive dances like tap and Irish Folk Dancing.)
Freelance instructors are invited t hold their workshops, single night events, or multi-week group classes in our space. In addition to the 2,500 sq. ft. ballroom, you may opt for one of our 4 mirrored dance studios, each with it’s own A/V system, coat hooks and chairs.
Group Class Single Occurrence Rates
Private Studio – $25 per hour per studio
Ballroom – $50 per hour (limited availability)*
* For groups of a 12 or more for 2 or more hours, a $10 water fee is added. Cups are supplied.
Group Class Series Rates
Private Studio – $20 per hour per studo for a minimum of 4 consecutive weeks
Ballroom – $45 per hour for a minimum of 4 consecutive weeks (limited availability)*

- Requested days and times
- Your address, phone number, and email address
We will respond promptly with the available days and times that most closely match your requests. Once agreed upon, we will forward a rental contract via email for your review and signature.

Freelance instructors may offer private lessons on our shared ballroom floor.
Shared Ballroom Floor Fee: $12 per hour
– Lessons are limited to an individual student or 1 couple on the shared ballroom floor.
– The floor fee is charged in 15-minute increments, with a 45-minute minimum.
– Reservations are not required.

Mondays: 5:00pm – 10:00pm
Tuesdays: Noon – 10:00pm
Wednesdays: 5:00pm – 8:00pm & 9:00pm – 10:00pm
Thursdays: Noon – 10:00pm
Fridays: 5:00pm – 9:00pm
Saturdays: 10:00am – 7:00pm
Sundays: 10:00am – 7:00pm
When your clients prefer a private space, you may opt for one of our mirrored dance studios. Each studio is furnished with a sound system, chair and coat hooks.
Private Studio Rental Fees
For 1 – 4 students: $12 per hour
For 5 or more students: $25 per hour
– Reservations are required.
– Last minute requests will be accommodated whenever possible.
– There is a 24-hour cancellation policy for the private rooms. Cancellation less than 24 hours prior to the reservation start time will result in the full fee charged to the renter. Should the space re-book, the cancellation fees will be refunded.
– Reservations for spaces Monday – Thursday between 6pm – 10pm must be confirmed via a credit card on file. The credit card will not be charged, but held against the cancellation policy.
