Strength and Conditioning For Dancers – Learn how to push your dancing to the edges by working your endurance, strength and alignment. This class will get your blood moving, as well as create challenges that will develop more kinesthetic awareness with the ultimate goal of improving movement quality and preventing injury. Don’t worry, it’s not a 60 minute aerobic class, but do expect to sweat.

Dance Interval – is a high energy, comprehensive, full body workout, alternating between cardio dance fitness and muscle conditioning and strengthening exercises. Students learn a short dance fitness routine that challenges your stamina and cardiovascular endurance, followed by alternating periods of muscle sculpting and strengthening exercises. Intervals are repeated throughout the 60 min class, progressing in speed and time. No dance background is required. Come ready to sweat!
Attire: Dance/Yoga clothes. Gym shoes required.”
